Sophie Jackson

Sophie is part of the People Operations team at Roche Legal. She works alongside Sian to support our team and ensure all HR matters are handled in a way that works for everyone.

Supporting people is a passion for Sophie, as is seeking to modernise efficiency within the HR and recruitment space. She moved into HR in 2020, after graduating with a first class degree in Business Management and Marketing. Before that, Sophie worked in customer service for five years.

Professional development is important to Sophie. Currently, she is studying for the Level 5 Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification in order to develop her professional knowledge within people practice. Outside of work, Sophie enjoys travelling and making the most of her National Trust membership.
