Roche Legal USA

Roche Legal USA 1

We have a specialist probate service for attorneys in the US who are administering the estate of someone who has died leaving assets in the UK.

We understand that as a lawyer yourself, it’s important to have someone on your team with the specialist skills and experience to get the job done. We’ll work directly with you so that you can provide your client with a full ‘international’ service at a fixed cost.

You look good because you can deal with everything for your client under one roof. Your client feels good because you’ve got it covered.

When someone dies leaving assets in the UK, a Grant of Representation will need to be obtained so that assets can be liquidated and repatriated to the States.

Our comprehensive service, especially for US attorneys, deals with the legal work required to obtain the Grant here in the UK. We then arrange for UK assets to be released and repatriated to you, on behalf of your client.

You can then deal with the UK assets as part of the decedent’s worldwide estate.

How we can help you with international probate?

We understand just how important it is to get the help and support you need quickly for your client.

Grant of Probate and Repatriation of Assets for US Attorneys

As a US probate attorney, you may have noticed that clients are more mobile than ever and it’s no longer unusual for clients to have assets all over the world. This is especially the case if they have emigrated to the States during their lifetime from elsewhere in the world.

This means that when you’re dealing with the estate of someone who has died domiciled in the US, with assets in the UK, you need to know how to manage this. You’ll want to ensure that your clients continue to receive the excellent service that they have come to expect from you, from right across the pond.

We can deal with everything for you, including the sale of any UK property and the repatriation all assets to the US so that you can distribute the UK estate to the rightful heirs.

Dealing with legal issues can be confusing and stressful. If you’re not sure exactly how we can help you, or if you want to get specialist advice right away, please don’t hesitate to pick up the phone and get in touch.
