Rachel Roche, owner of Roche Legal, and Grace Buckland, who holds the newly created position of Client Relationship Coordinator with the York based solicitors, are delighted to have been named as finalists in the 2023 York Press Business Awards.
Rachel, a multi-award winner, has been recognised in the Business Innovation award section- Sponsored by the University of York. Grace is a finalist in the Apprentice of the Year award section – Sponsored by Merchant Adventurers Hall.
Rachel’s innovative leadership has seen Roche Legal’s transformational and innovative Wills and Probate client service now featuring an international legal network dealing with cross border succession planning and administration. Roche Legal’s UK/USA probate offering has attracted funding from the Department of Trade and Industry.
Grace has a key role at Roche Legal supporting the team and making sure everything runs smoothly. Grace has evolved during her apprenticeship into a true team player who can be counted on to go above and beyond.
The award Judges have whittled down a ‘great’ number of entries, also praising them for their quality with the winners announced at a black-tie dinner at York Racecourse on November 30.
