COVID-19: What we are doing
We hope you are all safe and well in what is a most unprecedented, uncertain and frightening time for many.
Since Monday 23 March 2020, all the Roche Legal team are working from home. As a firm, we are in a fortunate position of already being set up to work in this way, and so this has not impacted on the services we deliver to our clients or the ways in which we work generally.
Our phone lines are being answered as usual. If the person you need to speak to is unavailable, a message will be taken, and your call returned. Neither office is currently manned.
Our main email address firstname.lastname@example.org is being monitored by several of the team. Emails will be responded to as promptly as possible. If your matter is urgent, please telephone 01904 866139 (York) or 01423 449778 (Harrogate).
We appreciate that there will be some of you who require work to be completed as a matter of urgency. This might be because you are worried about your health, or the health and wellbeing of a loved one. Please rest assured that we are working as efficiently as we can.
All work will be completed in a timely fashion, and special priority given to those most at risk.
We are set up to take meetings via video call or telephone. We can prepare Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney swiftly and arrange for all documents to be signed remotely. We routinely arranged this in any event and are well placed to continue to provide our services in this way.
For any queries, please email email@example.com or telephone us on one of the numbers above.
Stay safe everyone.
From all the team at Roche Legal
